David Wolski
We provide a holistic solution combining strength training, private chef nutrition and lifestyle management to improve your metabolic health through fat loss and muscle building.
Our Journey
Where It All Began
We began our journey at Fitness First Baker Street, building our PT business from day one. Early on, we focused on serving Mandarin-speaking female clients aged 18–40.
Obsession with Weight
As our work progressed, we quickly noticed a recurring pattern: many women were obsessed with the number on the scale, heavily influenced by cultural expectations and social media. This often led to anxiety, restrictive behaviours, and low adherence to training.

Shifting the Focus
To Health
To help clients shift their focus from weight to health, we introduced DEXA body composition scans as an educational tool. This allowed clients to better understand the importance of muscle mass and bone density, as well as the health risks associated with low lean mass and visceral fat.

Where we Are Today
After more than seven years of hands-on experience, we now find ourselves in a unique position to offer an integrated health and personal training service for individuals facing real health challenges — including obesity, sarcopenia, and metabolic issues.
Our Approach
1. Initial
Lifestyle Assessment
We start by assessing your lifestyle with a questionnaire to understand your health challenges and lifestyle factors. We then review your DEXA scan result to establish a short and long term goal.
2. Health Focused Personal Training
We provide regular strength training sessions designed to build muscle mass, lose fat, improve metabolic health and increase your overall strength.
3. Private Chef Nutrition
For clients who need nutritional support, we offer macro-balanced, chef-prepared meals, ready to pick up after your training session.
Our Clients' Results

What Our Clients Say
Health and appearance are often seen as separate goals in the fitness industry, but they are two sides of the same coin.
Have you ever wondered why, when appearance is chased through restrictive dieting and excessive exercise, health often declines and results rarely last?
Appearance is not the goal, it is the outcome of health. When the body is healthier, it naturally becomes stronger, more resilient, and more attractive.

Your Trainers
Aimi
Aimi is a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer (qualified since 2018) with training in the Paul Chek Holistic Lifestyle system. Born in Belgium and raised in China, her natural curiosity and high energy led her into fitness after graduating in London.
She now primarily works with people managing obesity, age-related muscle loss (sarcopenia), and metabolic health challenges.

David
Originally trained as a professional chef, David left the kitchen to combine his culinary background with personal training. Working alongside Aimi, he began training busy Mandarin-speaking clients, further supporting their progress by preparing balanced, nutritious meals aligned with their goals. His background gives him a clear understanding of how food should be prepared to support metabolic health, and where common pitfalls, such as poor ingredient selection, hidden fats and sugars, and inconsistent portioning, often undermine progress, particularly for clients with metabolic challenges.
David cooks a gourmet blend of global cuisines, matching your exact macro nutrient needs.
Your Nutrition
Let's Do Some Math
Most people eat three meals a day. That's nearly 90 moments each month that shape long-term health and body composition.
For optimal body recomposition, we recommend adherence to at least 75 meals per month. Most clients begin to see meaningful changes at around 60 meals, or approximately 80% consistency.
Planning, shopping, and cooking, preparing your own meals can take 10–20 hours each week.
For many people, the ongoing time investment required to maintain 70+ macro-balanced meals becomes the biggest obstacle to reaching goals.
Join us today and embark on a journey towards a fitter, healthier you.
